Company Celebrates its First Time Winning this Title

In the past, this title was Best Places to Work in Collections, which GB Collects won six years in a row. Winning Best Call Centers to Work For supports GB Collects’ philosophy that satisfied employees produces happy clients, which spurs company growth.

First, GB Collects provided extensive information about their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Second, employees completed an anonymous survey that measured their experiences working at GB Collects. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group and InsideARM managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.
Because of GBCs’ zeal and significant expansion year after year, some wonderful changes are in the works.
