Collections Specialist
Manage a portfolio of commercial and consumer accounts, conduct outbound collection calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate account records in compliance with FDCPA and applicable regulations.
Skip Tracing Analyst
Locate debtors using advanced skip tracing tools and databases, update account information, and support the collections team with accurate contact data to improve recovery rates.
Client Services Representative
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, provide regular status updates, handle inquiries, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the collections process.
Compliance & Training Coordinator
Oversee internal compliance programs, coordinate FDCPA and HIPAA training for staff, monitor regulatory changes, and support the delivery of our external training seminar programs.
